Parallel facility updates were delivered at the Canyon Creek and Newcomer Intake Center campuses, which included core utility infrastructure modernizations, refreshed interior finishes, custom millwork, and enhanced structural and site landscaping work. Throughout the multi-campus rollout, Gliden maintained strict educational site safety protocols, delivering a cohesive suite of durable, high-quality facilities built to serve the district for years to come.

Replacing an outdated facility, this comprehensive project features a state-of-the-art main building, expanded fleet parking, and an advanced fueling station. From initial site preparation and demolition to final paving, the new center provides the district with a highly functional, future-ready hub to keep its community moving safely and efficiently

Completed as part of the Lewisville ISD CMAR bond program, this fast-track project delivered a comprehensive, campus-wide modernization under an ambitious timeline. While these major facility updates are typically structured over two separate summers—separating above-ceiling utility work from below-ceiling finishes—Gliden re-engineered the logistics to compress the entire scope into a single season. To achieve what typically takes two years, our team managed an aggressive, high-velocity schedule, executing nearly $1 million in work per week with an average of 120 trade professionals onsite daily. The extensive renovation completely transformed the campus from the top down, featuring a full roof replacement alongside sweeping upgrades to the building’s mechanical systems, technology, security infrastructure, and interior finishes. Through precise coordination, Gliden met the hard 9-week summer deadline, saving the district an entire year of construction disruption.

Demonstrating Gliden’s commitment to accelerated delivery, this project upgraded security and public-facing facilities at five district campuses. The scope included the full-scale installation of modernized access control systems at every entry point to heighten campus safety. Simultaneously, our team transformed the reception areas at several campuses, delivering premium millwork, refreshed painting, and high-durability flooring. By re-engineering the logistics of this multi-site rollout, Gliden successfully executed the entire scope during a single winter break—completing the program several months ahead of the district’s projected timeline and ensuring a more secure environment for students and staff to begin the new semester.

This extensive renovation project included interior and exterior updates at two campus locations. Among the various upgrades, Gliden Industries performed a full fire sprinkler system replacement at one location, and installed new utilities and parking at another location. Other upgrades included new MEP, finishes, millwork, doors, glazing, roofing, and landscaping, as well as new interior layouts at each location. In addition to implementing extensive safety precautions around the school operations, Gliden adhered to a strict schedule to have the project substantially completed several weeks ahead of the contractual completion date.
