Gliden Industries partnered with the Allergy Partners of North Texas for a two-phase full renovation project of the 8,000-square-foot clinic at Medical City Dallas. The project included a new pulmonary function testing (PFT) suite and a complete finishes upgrade in the exam rooms. The safety of the staff and patients was our highest priority, allowing the clinic to remain fully operational during construction. Extensive dust control measures were put in place, and loud construction activities were completed only after hours.

Encompass Health is a national leader in integrated health care services and offers facility­based and home-based patient care through its network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, and hospice agencies. Gliden Industries upgraded finishes at the fourth-floor patient rooms in the Dallas location. These included ADA compliance initiatives. Additionally, Gliden completed custom automatic life safety curtains to meet fire safety regulations. These units were fabricated and finished to specifically match the existing wall feature.
