Currently in-progress, this extensive project delivers a complete facility modernization alongside the construction of a premier, state-of-the-art STEM Academy. Gliden is managing a comprehensive, multi-trade scope that spans core infrastructure upgrades—including MEP, roofing, and security systems—as well as modern interior finishes, high-tech audiovisual equipment, custom casework, and new doors and hardware. To minimize operational downtime for the district, our project team is maintaining an incredibly efficient schedule, successfully executing over $1 million of work per week. Once complete, this project will provide students and staff with a fully modernized, future-focused educational facility.
