While these major facility updates are typically structured over two separate summers—separating above-ceiling utility work from below-ceiling finishes—Gliden re-engineered the logistics to compress the entire scope into a single season. To achieve what typically takes two years, our team managed an aggressive, high-velocity schedule, executing nearly $1 million in work per week with an average of 120 trade professionals onsite daily. The extensive renovation completely transformed the campus from the top down, featuring a full roof replacement alongside sweeping upgrades to the building’s mechanical systems, technology, security infrastructure, and interior finishes. Through precise coordination, Gliden met the hard 9-week summer deadline, saving the district an entire year of construction disruption.
