This combined summer project highlights Gliden’s capability to deliver diverse capital improvements concurrently across multiple locations. The scope balanced intricate interior systems with exterior site updates, beginning with significant upgrades to the Lewisville High School Performing Arts Center and the structural secure-closure of its sound engineering booth. Running parallel to the fine arts upgrade, our team transformed the exterior of the Student Success Center by delivering an expanded new parking lot, a robust overhead shade structure, and targeted site enhancements. Both fast-track projects achieved substantial completion within the summer break, providing the district with enhanced operational and educational spaces.
