Demonstrating Gliden’s ability to manage complex, multi-site logistics under a strict deadline, this fast-track project delivered comprehensive facility upgrades across two separate campuses simultaneously. To ensure both schools were fully prepared for the start of the fall semester, our team executed a high-velocity schedule during the 9-week summer break, averaging nearly $1 million in work per week. Both campuses received complete rooftop mechanical and HVAC unit replacements. Additionally, our team delivered tailored capital improvements at each site: the Aldridge campus was upgraded with a full roof replacement, a complete HVAC replacement, fire protection systems, and modernized restrooms, while the Wilson campus received critical electrical infrastructure updates, a complete HVAC replacement, enhanced security film installations, and a refreshed interior. Gliden successfully crossed the finish line at both locations on time, with zero disruption to the upcoming school year.
