Because the projects took place within a busy, active medical building, our team implemented a rigorous, phased scheduling plan. By carefully coordinating loud tasks and material deliveries around the operational hours of neighboring clinical tenants, Gliden completed both finish-outs on-schedule without disruption to the building’s daily operations.

Encompass Health is a national leader in integrated health care services and offers facility­based and home-based patient care through its network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, and hospice agencies. Gliden Industries upgraded finishes at the fourth-floor patient rooms in the Dallas location. These included ADA compliance initiatives. Additionally, Gliden completed custom automatic life safety curtains to meet fire safety regulations. These units were fabricated and finished to specifically match the existing wall feature.
