Gliden Industries partnered with an HVAC contractor to perform all architectural work on a 122-unit, 4 story dorm HVAC renovation.

This included all demolition, finishes protection, door installation, ceiling installation, wall installation and painting throughout, as well as new flooring in the corridors and stairwells.

This project was on an extremely aggressive schedule with all completed in less than 10 weeks to have the dorm ready for the fall semester.
