This multi-faceted renovation transformed a corporate headquarters and office facility into a modern, high-performance workspace. Gliden managed a diverse scope that spanned both refined interior trades—including layout reconfigurations and upgraded architectural finishes—and structural work, including structural steel and concrete. Executed while the facility was occupied, Gliden coordinated all trades around the owner’s daily business operations to deliver a modernized corporate space on-schedule and without operational downtime.

Gliden was selected to deliver a comprehensive, system-wide modernization of the Lewisville ISD Administration Building, the central operational hub governing more than 60 active campuses and serving over 50,000 students. Guided by the district’s Facilities Assessment Study, the complex scope involves the targeted renovation and replacement of major building components, including core HVAC systems and digital controls, updated restroom facilities, premium casework, and high-durability flooring. Because this project is taking place within fully active headquarters critical to daily district leadership, Gliden’s team is implementing a highly structured, phased construction and delivery schedule. By prioritizing strict acoustic controls, clean containment zones, and fastidious logistical coordination, Gliden plans to efficiently deliver these critical updates.

This specialized project delivered a modern, multi-level reality-based training facility for the City of Garland Police Department. Housed within an existing building, the space features a newly constructed second-floor & second-floor mezzanine, specialty millwork, and upgraded mechanical systems. The facility included a multi-zoned control system for real-world simulations that integrated light, sound, and adjustable layouts to replicate training scenarios. 

Gliden delivered a comprehensive modernization of the Police Department’s tactical shooting range, enhancing both functionality and administrative support. The project featured extensive site improvements, major canopy upgrades for all-weather training, and the ground-up construction of a fully finished administration building. 

Gliden Industries partnered with the City of Southlake for a Southlake Town Hall HVAC Replacement & Renovation project. The project included a complete removal and replacement of mechanical room and roof equipment, remodeling following new HVAC construction, and an addition to the roof. The existing partitions at each of the four Town Hall levels were removed. A new parapet wall addition was installed on the roof to allow for the new chiller system and structural steel to be installed.
