Gliden Industries partnered with the City of Southlake for a Southlake Town Hall HVAC Replacement & Renovation project. The project included a complete removal and replacement of mechanical room and roof equipment, remodeling following new HVAC construction, and an addition to the roof. The existing partitions at each of the four Town Hall levels were removed. A new parapet wall addition was installed on the roof to allow for the new chiller system and structural steel to be installed.
