Gliden was selected to deliver a comprehensive, system-wide modernization of the Lewisville ISD Administration Building, the central operational hub governing more than 60 active campuses and serving over 50,000 students. Guided by the district’s Facilities Assessment Study, the complex scope involves the targeted renovation and replacement of major building components, including core HVAC systems and digital controls, updated restroom facilities, premium casework, and high-durability flooring. Because this project is taking place within fully active headquarters critical to daily district leadership, Gliden’s team is implementing a highly structured, phased construction and delivery schedule. By prioritizing strict acoustic controls, clean containment zones, and fastidious logistical coordination, Gliden plans to efficiently deliver these critical updates.
