A major highlight of the package was the complete transformation of the Springridge campus, where Gliden executed extensive interior and exterior renovations to convert a traditional elementary school into a fully customized, state-of-the-art district daycare center tailored to the unique safety and accessibility needs of early childhood care. Parallel facility updates were delivered at the Canyon Creek and Newcomer Intake Center campuses, which included core utility infrastructure modernizations, refreshed interior finishes, custom millwork, and enhanced structural and site landscaping work.
