Lewisville ISD Refinish

Gliden Industries completed a project as part of Lewisville ISD’s CMAR program which included renovations and expansions to the district’s Student Success Center Parking Lot with new concrete, fencing, and grading.

Lewisville ISD Degan

Gliden Industries completed a project as part of Lewisville ISD’s CMAR program which included renovations and expansions to the district’s Student Success Center Parking Lot with new concrete, fencing, and grading.

Aledo Multi-Campus

Gliden Industries completed a project for Aledo 15D. This project included enhanced security at five campuses and renovations to the front reception areas. These updates included installation of access controls and other security measures, as well as new millwork, drywall, finishes, and partitions. Gliden Industries strategically mobilized trade partners to perform all work outside of school hours while still completing the project several months ahead of the contractual substantial completion date.

Medical Office Finish-Out

Gliden Industries completed a medical office tenant finish out for a client in Dallas. This project covered all new MEP, as well as updated fire safety, finishes, millwork and drywall. Activities took place after hours under strict cleanliness protocols to protect the health and safety of existing tenants and patients in the building.

Richardson ISD Multi-Campus Daycare

This extensive renovation project included interior and exterior updates at two campus locations. Among the various upgrades, Gliden Industries performed a full fire sprinkler system replacement at one location, and installed new utilities and parking at another location. Other upgrades included new MEP, finishes, millwork, doors, glazing, roofing, and landscaping, as well as new interior layouts at each location. In addition to implementing extensive safety precautions around the school operations, Gliden adhered to a strict schedule to have the project substantially completed several weeks ahead of the contractual completion date.

City of Garland Training Facility

Gliden Industries completed a reality-based training facility for the City of Garland Police Department. Scope items included construction of a second story within the existing building as well as a new interior layout with new MEP, finishes, and millwork.

City of Garland Police Range

Gliden Industries completed upgrades to the City of Garland’s Police Department shooting range including utilities and grading to improve water drainage, paving for a new parking lot, a large canopy over the range area, and a new administration building for Police training activities.
